Full Service

We meet and greet your guest(s) at the property, provide them with the keys, give a tour of the house or apartment, and answer any questions they may still have about the property, neighborhood, transportation, etc.

We personally walk through and inspect the property after each guest check-out.

We hand keys to your guests and answer any questions they may have about your property and the neighborhood.

We retain 20% of the total nightly rate for each reservation and disburse the remainder to you once a month.
